A clear invoice. A secure place to pay.
Your scope and price are agreed before payment. If your proposal includes online payment, Miles sends a private Stripe invoice link for your project.
Review your invoice
Check the service description, amount, payment date, and any applicable tax against your written proposal. If something does not match, contact Miles before paying.
Use your private payment link
Open the link provided with your invoice. Stripe hosts the payment page and displays the payment methods available for that invoice. Your card details are entered there. Please keep them out of website forms and email.
After payment
Your invoice page shows the current payment status. Some payment methods take time to complete. Once the required payment is confirmed, we arrange the project start according to your proposal and complete client onboarding.
Need an invoice or a correction?
Email Miles with your business name and proposal reference. Invoice links are shared privately. This page cannot search for invoices or take a payment.
Cancellations and refunds
The written proposal sets out the terms for your project. Contact Miles to discuss a cancellation, correction, or refund request before further work is scheduled.
