Privacy notice
This notice describes how Desert Current SEO handles information collected through this website. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
Information you choose to share
When you request a review, ask about a package, or complete onboarding, we receive the information entered in that form. This can include your name, email address, business name, website, service area, selected service, project reference, and message.
Please do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive personal information.
How information is used
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare a proposal, plan agreed work, and keep a record of our correspondence. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not sell inquiry information or use it to build advertising audiences.
Website hosting and email
Cloudflare hosts the website, processes form submissions, stores inquiry records, and helps protect the forms from abuse. A notification containing your inquiry is sent to the business owner's Gmail inbox. Email addressed to [email protected] is forwarded to that inbox. These providers process information as part of providing those services.
Invoice payments
When you pay an agreed invoice online, Stripe processes the payment on its own hosted page. Stripe may collect contact, billing, tax, and payment details needed to provide that service. Our website forms do not collect card numbers.
We use invoice and customer references, payment status, amounts, and adjustment records to manage agreed projects. These limited records are stored through Cloudflare. Payment notification records are removed after 90 days once processed. Invoice records may be retained while needed for business and accounting purposes. Read Stripe's privacy policy for information about its processing.
Basic analytics and security
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides basic website usage and performance information without analytics cookies. The site also records daily totals of package and service selections. These totals do not include your name, email address, or a visitor identifier. Successful inquiries are recorded with the service or package requested so we can understand interest in our services.
Cloudflare processes technical information, including network addresses and request details, to operate the website and help prevent abuse. Rate limits and form validation are used to protect submissions. Form contents are not intentionally written to application logs.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry records in the website database are removed after 12 months. Copies in email and records relating to an agreed project may be kept while needed to manage the work and business correspondence.
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify that the request relates to your information. Some records may need to be retained for an active project or other applicable obligations.
Links and changes
Links to other websites are governed by their own privacy practices. If our website's information handling changes, we will update this notice and its date.
