Before we start
Know what you are agreeing to.
Every project begins with a conversation and a written scope. This page explains the process. The proposal you approve contains the terms for your specific project.
1. Start with a review
Use the free review form or choose a package. Share your services, location, website if you have one, and what you want to improve. An inquiry is a request for a conversation, not a booking.
2. Review the written proposal
Your proposal explains the pages, profile work, or content included. It identifies who supplies business details and images, who publishes the work, and which accounts need access.
It also lists the total or monthly price, proposed schedule, revision rounds, payment dates, and any cancellation or refund terms. Changes to the agreed scope are discussed before additional work starts.
3. Agree on scope and payment
Work starts after we agree in writing and any payment required by the proposal is received. Your invoice lists the agreed work, amount, and payment date. If your proposal includes online payment, you receive a private invoice link to pay through Stripe. Read our invoice payment guide for what to expect. Submitting a website form does not take a payment.
4. Complete onboarding
Once your project is agreed, use the client onboarding form to share your services, service areas, goals, and business information. We will arrange account invitations separately. Please keep passwords and payment details out of forms and email.
5. Review work and next steps
You review the agreed deliverables and provide consolidated feedback. Monthly work includes the reporting described in your proposal. You retain ownership of your website and business profiles.
What SEO can and cannot promise
SEO involves ongoing improvements influenced by competition, your starting point, and search platforms. Rankings, lead volume, revenue, and Google verification are not guaranteed.
